How do I order or cancel dedicated IP addresses?

To order new dedicated IP addresses or cancel existing dedicated IP addresses, you will need to contact our sales department here:

In order to ensure a quicker response, please tell us the following information in your ticket:

Number of dedicated IP addresses you need
Which domains need dedicated IP addresses
Do you want a custom reverse DNS entry for your dedicated IPs? If so include them next to each domain. If not, the reverse DNS will be setup to match the domain name requested
Brief reason why you need each dedicated IP address. SSL? Anonymous FTP?

Once we receive your request and verify it for completeness, we will provision the IPs to your account and notify you once it is done. If any issues arise, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

Generally, this entire process takes less than 30 minutes. However, under some circumstances it may take longer.
