There was an issue with my former hosting company. I had forgotten my password.
After making several service tickets and phone calls, I waited for two days without an answer from them.
I made a plea on Twitter for help.
Jerry, from Yuri Hosting sent a response offering me great hosting at a great price. Little did I know the
support and service would be so fantastic.
Jerry and I chatted via the online chat interface for about an hour. He answered my questions and we
even joked around a bit. After the hour or so I decided to give Yuri Hosting a try.
I went through the registration process which was very straight forward. Once that was done I gave
Jerry the information for my old website. Within an hour he had moved everything, including the
database, to my websites new home on Yuri Hosting's servers.
There were a few minor speed bumps along the way. All, I might add, were my fault. I spoke with a
couple of other support and sales staff over the course of the morning and all was fixed instantaneously.
These folks know how to treat a customer. Not only was the hosting package the right price but, after a
short time, the company makes you feel you are important enough for one on one service.
I think I will stay as long as this group will have me. I highly recommend their products!
