How does it work?
If at any time you are not happy with your service (even 6 months from now!), you can request a full refund (minus addons or
overages) for the 30 days prior
to your complaint - no questions asked!
What's the catch?
To prevent abuse, customers may not request a refund during two consecutive months and no more than two times per year.
What if I am unhappy during two consecutive months or more than two times per year?
You would be given a choice. You could choose to retract your request and continue service or receive another full refund and cancel service.
Who is eligible?
Any customer who is in good financial standing, is not in violation of our Terms of Service, and is not currently suspended
or terminated is eligible for this
money back guarantee.
Won't you lose customers that way?
While we always strive to make the customer happy, not all relationships work out. If a customer is unhappy during two
consecutive months or more than
two times per year, it is unlikely we will be able to satisfy that customer. In that case, it is better for the
customer
and us to terminate our relationship on a
good note with a refund and allow the customer to move to a host that can
better meet their needs.
Will my refund be account credit or cash?
By default, we provide all refunds in the form of account credit. If a customer specifically requests that we refund the
amount to their original form
of payment, we will do so instead of account credit. We are not responsible for money lost
in the exchange due to service fees or other fees outside of our control.
